Should you experience a true ocular emergency, call our office and listen to the entire voicemail message as our doctors cell numbers are listed and we are happy to help in your time of need. (We love our patients and are here after hours for true ocular emergencies only. Please do not call for an issue that can be handled safely during business hours such as a glasses adjustment, change of appointment time, etc.)

Thank you for trusting your eyecare with The Eye Site of Bluffton. When you schedule an appointment with us, our doctors set aside enough time to provide you with a quality comprehensive eye exam. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us enough time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Any patient who fails to show for an appointment or does not contact the office at least 24 hours in advance, will be considered a No Show and charged a $35.00 fee.

Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
